CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Notification is hereby given in accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements of the following director resignations.
Mr Lazarus Zim will be retiring from the Boards of Sanlam Limited and Sanlam Life
Insurance Limited with effect from 05 January 2018. The Sanlam Board wishes to thank
Mr Zim for his contribution as an Independent Non-Executive Director to the Group since
his appointment to the Sanlam Board in 2006.
Ms Yegs Ramiah will resign from the Boards of Sanlam Limited and Sanlam Life Insurance
Limited with effect from 05 January 2018. Ms Ramiah has been an Executive Director since
06 December 2012.
We bid them well in all their future endeavours.
