VOLUNTARY JOINT ANNOUNCEMENT PERTAINING TO AN UPDATE ON THE RESTRUCTURE OF
TRADEHOLD’S NON-PROPERTY BUSINESSES
1. Introduction
Tradehold and VestIN shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the announcement released in
Bermuda and on SENS on 28 November 2017 in which Tradehold advised that the reorganisation of
its group through the separation of its property interests from its non-property interests (“the
Restructure”) had been delayed due to the non-fulfillment of the remaining condition precedent.
2. Update on the Restructure
Pursuant to the above, Shareholders are advised that the Restructure will proceed but that VestIN will
no longer be the entity through which the Restructure will be effected.
3. Proposed effective date
Tradehold shareholders are advised that the revised details of the Restructure, including all
conditions precedent, will be announced in due course and that it is anticipated that the Restructure
will be effective on or about 1 March 2018.
