AQUISITION OF SECURITIES BY INVESTEC LIMITED (“INVESTEC”)
In accordance with section 122 of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and
section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are hereby advised that Dawn has received formal notification in the
prescribed form that Investec has acquired a beneficial interest in the
securities of the Company, such that the total beneficial interest in
the securities of the Company held by Investec is now 15,2028% of the
total issued share capital of the Company.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has
filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
