Amendments to the JSE Listings Requirements: Transferability of Securities
The JSE is proposing amendments to the JSE Listings Requirements (the “Requirements”) relating
to the listing of applicant issuers when restrictions apply between members or otherwise.
The amendments along with an explanatory memorandum will be available on the JSE’s website
(Route: Companies & Issuer Regulation/Issuer Regulation – Announcements regarding Listings
Requirements).
The amendments have been marked-up for review and should be read together with the explanatory
memorandum.
We invite comments on the amendments to the Requirements by close of business, Monday 12
February 2018, and comments can be sent directly to alwynf@jse.co.za.
