CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF STAR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that
Mr Vusumuzi Philip Khanyile (“Vusi”) has resigned as an
independent non-executive director from the board of STAR,
with effect from 10 January 2018.
The board wish to thank Vusi for his valuable contribution.
Further to the above, shareholders are advised of the
following membership changes to certain board committees:
- Mr Daniël Maree van der Merwe has been appointed as a
member of the human resources and remuneration committee,
with effect from 10 January 2018; and
- Mr Johann Bernard Cilliers has been appointed as a member
of the nominations committee, with effect from 10 January
2018.
