RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that, with effect
from 31 January 2018, Mrs Lazelle Parton will resign as company
secretary and Statucor (Pty) Ltd has been appointed as company
secretary with effect from the same date.
The board wishes to thank Mrs Parton for her valued contributions
during her tenure and wish her well in her future endeavours.
