Further to the voluntary announcements dated 9 January 2018, Diesel Power Proprietary Limited
“Diesel Power” (the main operating subsidiary of Buildmax) and which provides contract mining
services to Palesa Coal, confirms that the unprotected strike by Diesel Power employees at the
Palesa operation is in the process of being resolved and the Diesel Power employees have
returned to work.
