DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES IN SANTOVA
In accordance with section 122(3) (b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 ("the Act"), and section
3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, holders of ordinary shares in the Company are
hereby advised that it has received notification from Barca Capital, LLC, a San Francisco based long
term investment management firm, that it has acquired a 5.05% interest in the total issued ordinary
shares of the Company, with such interest being held by Barca Global Master Fund, LP.
Santova hereby confirms that it has received the required notices from Barca Global Master Fund, LP
in terms of section 122(3) (a) of the Act and that it has filed the required notices with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
