RETIREMENT AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders of Caxton are advised that Mr. Navin Sooka has retired as company
secretary of the company with effect from 31 January 2018, and Ms. Jeff Edwards
has been appointed in his stead with effect from 1 February 2018.
Mr. Sooka has been the company secretary of the company for 14 years and the
board wishes to extend its appreciation to him for his service to the company.
