Shareholders are referred to the renewal of cautionary announcement dated 30 November 2017 and are
advised that negotiations relating to potential acquisitions of additional retirement assets remain on-going
and financial information of the business of Pinetown Nursing and Home for the Aged CC as announced
in the aforementioned announcement remains outstanding.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a further announcement is made.
