DELISTING FROM THE JOHANNESBURG STOCK EXCHANGE
Shareholders of the Company are referred to the announcement released in Bermuda and on SENS on 9
January 2018 in which shareholders were advised that VestIN would no longer be the entity through which
the proposed restructure of the Tradehold group would be effected.
Pursuant to the above, Shareholders are advised that the Company will be delisted from the Johannesburg
Stock Exchange at the commencement of trade on Monday, 22 January 2018.
