Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by ZCI on 23 January 2018 in connection with the
liquidation of Messina Copper (Botswana) Proprietary Limited (in Liquidation) (“Messina”) and the admission
of the ordinary shares of Cradle Arc plc (“Cradle Arc”) to trading on AIM.
Shareholders are advised that trading of Cradle Arc’s ordinary shares on AIM will commence at 08h00
(GMT) today, under the ticker CRA.L. For further information, please visit www.cradlearc.com.
The Company will provide updates to stakeholders as and when further information in relation to the
liquidation of Messina, including the full financial impact thereof, is available.
