Tawana Resources NL – Request for Trading Halt
In accordance with listing rule 17.1, Tawana Resources NL (ASX:TAW) requests a trading halt to be
placed on the Company’s securities pending disclosure of the identity of a party to the tantalum
offtake term sheet.
The Company requests the securities remain in pre-open until the earlier of the announcement to the
market, or the commencement of trade on Tuesday 30 January 2018.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
