RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of
the Group ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Siyabonga Gama has tendered his
resignation as an independent non-executive director, with effect from 29 January 2018, given time
constraints in light of his other professional commitments.
The Board wishes to record its gratitude to Mr Gama for his long-standing and valuable contribution to the
Group since his appointment as a director in 2004.
