RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors
of the Group ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms. Gugulethu Dingaan has tendered her
resignation as an independent non-executive director, with effect from 31 January 2018, given time
constraints in light of her other professional commitments.
The Board wishes to record its gratitude to Ms. Dingaan for her long-standing and valuable contribution to
the Group since her appointment as a director of the board on 23 February 2015.
