CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), the board of directors
of Omnia (“the Board”) hereby advises its shareholders that Ms Dhanasagree Naidoo (“Daisy”) has resigned as
independent non-executive director with effect from 30 January 2018.
The Board would like to thank Daisy for her valuable contribution to the Company since 31 March 2011 and
wishes her well in her future endeavours.
