ACQUISITION
Shareholders are referred to the “Acquisition of CDR Live and its Subsidiaries and Withdrawal of Cautionary”
announcement released on SENS on 22 November 2017 (“Acquisition Announcement”). Terms defined
therein shall, unless otherwise stated, bear the same meaning in this announcement.
Shareholders are advised that, on 31 January 2018, the parties to the Agreement have entered into a written
agreement to extend the date by which the conditions precedent set out in paragraph 5 of the Acquisition
Announcement must be fulfilled or waived, from 31 January 2018 to 30 March 2018.
Shareholders will be notified once the last of the conditions precedent has been fulfilled or waived.
