DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF DISTELL SHARES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and section 122 of the Companies Act 71
of 2008 (“Act”), shareholders are advised of the following:
Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited, on behalf of Coronation Group, on behalf of its
clients, has notified the Company that accounts under its management has increased its holding in
the Company to 5.04% of the voting rights in the Company.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required notice with
the Takeover Regulation Panel.
