The board of directors (the “Board”) of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of Greenbay and the general
public that the condensed unaudited consolidated financial statements for the three months ended 31 December 2017 have
been published and can be viewed on Greenbay’s website (www.greenbayprop.mu).
Greenbay has primary listings on the Official Market on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd and Main Board of the JSE
Limited.
