Steinhoff Investment Holdings Limited (the “Company”)
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mr Stephanus Johannes Grobler and Ms Mariza Nel have
resigned as directors of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr Louis du Preez and Mr Frans Johannes Geldenhuys, have been appointed as directors
of the Company with immediate effect.
