In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Marlene Klopper has been appointed as Long4Life’s Company Secretary with effect from
1 February 2018, replacing TMF Corporate Services (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd.
Marlene is a qualified Chartered Accountant, member of the Institute of Directors for Southern Africa
and serves on various boards as non-executive director. She has more than 10 years’ experience in
Corporate Governance and Risk Management.
The board of directors of Long4Life welcomes Marlene and looks forward to her contribution to the
Company.
