Changes to the board of directors
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised of the following appointments:
- Mr Allan Pellow has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Brikor
with effect from 6 February 2018. Allan is the chairman of the South African
Restructure Insolvency Practitioners Association and has been involved in the
restructuring of many estates varying in size and complexity, including the turnaround
of Brikor while it was in provisional liquidation.
- Laura Craig, CA (SA) has been appointed as the interim finance director with effect
from 6 February 2018. Laura has been part of the finance team for the last 5 years.
The board welcomes Allan and Laura and wishes them well in their new appointments.
