CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Ms Tamee Soudien-Witten has resigned as Finance Director and as an executive director of the Board of
GAIA, with effect from 9 February 2018.
The Board of GAIA is in the process of identifying a suitable successor to fill the position of Finance Director
and until such time, the Chief Executive Officer of GAIA, Ms Prudence Lebina, will assume the duties and
responsibilities of interim Finance Director.
