CHANGE TO THE SUN INTERNATIONAL BOARD: RESIGNATION OF A NON-EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Ms Zarina Bassa has resigned as an independent non-executive director of Sun International, with
immediate effect.
Zarina joined the Board of the Company as an independent non-executive director in 2010 and has during
the past eight years, served as a member on the Company’s Audit, Remuneration and Investment
Committees.
The Board wishes to express its appreciation to Zarina for her exemplary and dedicated service and
commitment to Sun International during her tenure.
