Resignation of auditors
Shareholders are advised that PKF (VGA) Chartered Accountants have resigned as MEDR’s
auditors with effect from 7 February 2018. The resignation was initiated by the auditors due to
an internal restructuring resulting in the inability to devote time to the affairs of MEDR.
MEDR has not yet made a decision on the appointment of new auditors. Shareholders will be
kept up to date in this regard.
