CLOSING OF THE MASEVE PLANT TRANSACTION
Royal Bafokeng bondholders are referred to the announcement released by the company on 14 February 2018
in which the Issuer announced that all remaining conditions precedent to the Plant Transaction have been
fulfilled and/or waived to the satisfaction of Royal Bafokeng. The Plant Assets will transfer to Royal Bafokeng
Resources Proprietary Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Issuer, on the date on which certain
formalities are completed.
