Notice of Release of Shares from Escrow
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10, Tawana Resources NL (ASX: TAW) advises that 3,546,099
shares held by ABEH Pty Ltd will be released from voluntary escrow on 06 March 2018.
The issue of the above securities was part of the settlement of the acquisition of the Cowan and
Yallari Lithium Projects on 6 March 2017, and the shares issued to the vendors were subject to an
escrow period of 12 months from settlement. Refer respective ASX announcements dated 6 March
2017 and 27 March 2017 for further details.
