WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 30 October 2017 and the subsequent renewal of cautionary
announcements, the last of which was dated 25 January 2018, shareholders are advised that discussions
around the potential Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment transaction have been terminated.
Accordingly, the cautionary is withdrawn and caution is no longer required to be exercised when dealing in
the Company’s securities.
