CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
EFG (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that at the Annual General Meeting held on
20 February 2018, Mr Jerry Mabena, a non-executive director, retired by rotation in terms of the Company’s
Memorandum of Incorporation and did not make himself available for re-election.
The Board thanks Mr Jerry Mabena for his valued contributions to EFG and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.
