UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE IMBALIE BEAUTY PARTIALLY
UNDERWRITTEN RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS OFFER
Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on
29 January 2018 and 1 and 2 February 2018 wherein shareholders were
advised that Imbalie Beauty intended to raise R15 million by way of
a partially underwritten renounceable rights offer.
Shareholders are advised that the underwriters have agreed to fully
underwrite the rights offer from R10 million to R15 million upon the
same terms and conditions as in the rights offer circular. The results
announcement will be released in due course.
