PFB ENGAGEMENT WITH SHAREHOLDERS
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 21 February 2018,
PFB invites those shareholders who voted against the remuneration
policy at the annual general meeting of PFB held on 20 February
2018 (“dissenting shareholders”) to engage with the Company as
follows:
Dissenting shareholders are invited to forward their objections
and concerns on the remuneration policy and the implementation
thereof to the company secretary in writing by close of business
on 5 March 2018 where after further engagements may be scheduled
to appropriately address legitimate and reasonable objections and
concerns raised.
