In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Ms Cindy Joy Hess has been
appointed as a non-executive director of the Company, with effect from
23 February 2018.
Cindy qualified as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in 2001, and since
then has gained extensive financial experience through a number of
board positions and business roles, largely in the food industry. The
board welcomes Cindy to the Company and looks forward to her
contribution.
