SECTION 122 NOTICE: DISPOSAL OF SHARES
In accordance with Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Labat hereby
confirms that the Company has received a notice in terms of Section 122 of the
Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008.
Peregrine Equities Proprietary Limited (“Peregrine”) has informed Labat that it has
disposed of a beneficial interest in the Company, such that the total beneficial
interest in the securities held by Peregrine is now 4.91% of the total issued ordinary
share capital of the Company.
As required in terms of Section 122 (3)(a) of the Companies Act, Labat will file the
required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
