Shareholders are advised that Astoria has received notification from Peregrine Equities (Pty) Ltd
(“Peregrine”) pursuant to section 122 of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008, of the disposal by Peregrine of
Astoria’s shares, such that Peregrine now holds 0.92% of Astoria’s issued shares.
Astoria has primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE
Limited, and a secondary listing on the Namibian Stock Exchange.
