WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on 31 January 2018 advising
that Barloworld had entered into discussions on a potential acquisition adjacent to its automotive
businesses.
Barloworld shareholders are advised that these discussions have terminated as the parties could not
agree on certain key commercial terms. Accordingly shareholders are no longer required to exercise
caution when dealing in the Company securities.
In line with its strategy, the company will continue to pursue target growth opportunities.
