CHANGES TO BOARD COMMITTEES
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:
The board is pleased to announce that Dr Shrey Viranna in his
capacity as group CEO has been appointed as a member of the
following committees with effect from 27 February 2018:
- Clincal governance, quality and safety committee;
- Social, ethics and transformation committee;
- Risk committee; and
- Investment committee.
Pieter van der Westhuizen will step down as a member of the
clincal governance, quality and safety committee and the social,
ethics and transformation committee. He will remain a member of
the risk and investment committees.
