Shareholders are advised that on 28 February 2018, the Meyburgh Familie Trust (“the trust”) transferred
8,275,233 shares to Willem Meyburgh (an executive director of Stefanutti Stocks and a beneficiary of the
trust), at a price of R2,10 per share, for a total value of R17,377,989.30, thus changing the nature of his
interest in the shares of the company from indirect beneficial to direct beneficial. The transaction was
conducted on the same date, off-market and clearance to deal was obtained.
