RE-APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 20 February 2017, in terms of which it was
advised that Mr Ian Isdale would continue to hold the position of Company Secretary on an interim
consultancy basis until 28 February 2018.
Shareholders are advised Mr Isdale’s appointment has been extended to 28 February 2019.
The Board of Directors of Famous Brands is satisfied that Mr Isdale has the required skills and
experience to fulfil the role of Company Secretary.
