RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Tradehold
shareholders are advised that Mr. Martin Wragge has resigned as an independent non-executive director
of the Board with effect from 1 March 2018.
Tradehold wishes to thank Mr. Wragge for his valuable contribution to the Board.
The Company is in the process of appointing a replacement independent non-executive director and will
publish an announcement regarding such an appointment in due course.
