CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Mr Quinton George has resigned as an independent non-executive director of Trans
Hex, effective 1 March 2018.
Mr Albertus Marais, who was an alternate director to Mr George, has been appointed as a
non-executive director, effective 1 March 2018.
