Requirements, shareholders are advised that Ms Debbie Wolfendale
has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company and as
Chairman of the Social and Ethics Committee, effective
1 March 2018. The Board thanks Debbie for her contribution to
the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
