informed that Sappi received the following notification on 05 March 2018:
- acquisition of shares by Allan Gray Proprietary Limited, such that Allan Gray’s
total beneficial interest in the Company as of 05 March 2018 has increased to
5.0273% of the issued capital of the Company.
