RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors
of the Group ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Edrich Fivaz has tendered his resignation
as chief financial officer of Novus Holdings, with effect from 31 March 2018, to pursue other interests.
The Board and management team would like to thank Mr Fivaz for his longstanding service and valuable
contributions to the Company for almost 12 years and wish him well in his future endeavours.
Proceedings to appoint a successor are underway and details will be announced in due course.
