Name of Associate and Coast2Coast Capital Proprietary Limited (“C2C”), through a
description of the transaction: subsidiary, is transferring Ascendis shares in settlement of the
redemption of a debenture issued by it on 20 May 2016, at a
price per share determined using the pre-agreed pricing
mechanism for the debenture.
