CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
This announcement is published in accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings
Requirements.
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Gloria Tapon Njamo as an Independent
Non-Executive Director of Cashbuild with effect from 2 April 2018.
Gloria Njamo is a Chartered Accountant with an established record of success in significantly
growing and transforming businesses and has a well-rounded commercial knowledge. She
completed her articles with Glacier (Sanlam) after which she joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in
February 2004. In November 2010 she joined JP Morgan Chase as Vice President and from
September 2012 was Head of Performance and Strategic Planning and Reporting for Woolworths
Financial Services. She has additionally served as Financial Director at Sturrock Grindrod Maritime
and is currently the Chief Financial Officer of General Electric Transportation Africa.
We would like to welcome Gloria and we are looking forward to her contribution to the Board of
Cashbuild.
