Steinhoff International Holdings N.V. (the “Company” and with its subsidiaries, the “Group”)
The Company received confirmation from the JSE Limited (“JSE”) that the Domestic
Medium-Term Note Programme (the “Note Programme”) of a subsidiary of the Company,
Steinhoff Services Limited (“Steinhoff Services”), has been deregistered, following the
settlement of all notes issued under the Note Programme (principal value ca. ZAR 7.6
billion). Steinhoff Services has no intention to issue further notes and successfully applied to
the JSE for deregistration of the Note Programme.
Shareholders and other investors in the Company are advised to exercise caution when
dealing in the securities of the Group.
