DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING IN LIBERTY HOLDINGS ORDINARY SHARES
In accordance with paragraph 3.83 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
Section 122 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, as amended, shareholders are hereby
advised that Liberty Holdings Limited has received formal notification that the
Public Investment Corporation (PIC) has acquired a beneficial interest in ordinary
shares of the company, such that the total of all beneficial interests of the
ordinary shares by the PIC are now 5,036% of the total listed ordinary shares of
the company.
