CHANGE OF AUDITOR
In terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, a listed
company is required to advise shareholders on a change in its
auditors.
Chrometco hereby advises shareholders that the Company’s
external auditors, Mazars have resigned as auditors of Chrometco
with immediate effect.
Chrometco is pleased to announce the appointment of Moore
Stephens Cape Town as the new auditors of the Company. Moore
Stephens have historically and are currently the auditors of the
Company’s major operating assets. The appointment of one auditor
for a group of this size makes business sense and reinforces the
Company’s drive to manage costs.
