Meeting of the Holders of Class A Notes
A meeting of the Class A noteholders of MW Asset Rentals (RF)
Limited (“the Issuer”) was held at 9 am on the 13th of March 2018
at the offices of the Issuer. Two special resolutions were
adopted, namely a resolution to amend certain definitions
contained in the Programme Memorandum dated 13 November 2016 as
well as the Priority of Payments contained in the Programme
Memorandum. A second resolution was also adopted to allow the
Class A notes to be assigned a AAA (ZA) rating by Global Credit
Rating Co. All noteholders voted in favour of both resolutions
(R450m in issuance).
