DISCLOSURE OF CHANGE IN SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF EMIRA ORDINARY SHARES
In accordance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited and section
122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Act”), shareholders are advised of the following:
Investec Limited (“Investec”) has formally notified the Company that, in terms of section 122(1) of the
Act, it has disposed of a beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of Emira, such that its total remaining
interest in Emira is 2.6277%.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required notice with
the Takeover Regulation Panel.
